Tuesday

I work at my church, Westmount, and really like being the caretaker...it was fun taking my camera to work for the first time and looking around through my lens.  Today was garbage day :)
At 10ish we break for coffee with who ever happens to be in the building...my colleagues, service technicians...and landscape contractors.  Nice job on the mulch guys!
Our sanctuary...I work AND worship here :)  I think you can worship God with your gifts and abilities everywhere you work.
And then home for lunch.   Ham, egg, and cheese wraps and milk.  It was nice and cool so I ate out on the deck.

The bounty of my garden. Every year I love my garden and every year it is different.   I love how it changes from year to year.  This is my first year growing Zucchini.  They're monsters!    Remember: August 8 is "Sneak Some Zucchini Onto Your Neighbour's Porch" Night!!!

This week I'm taking photos and sorting and posting my favourites.   Yesterday I took 62 photos and have put the ones I want to process into a separate folder for the end of the week.

I find that I have large stretches of unaccounted time on my journal sheets. :)  This reflects my penchant for surfing and finding inspiration in other places, and the fact that I have a REALLY good book on the go!!

I think that it's also really cool that you take care of your church, it sounds like a lot of work! Keep up the great job I'm sure your doing!

I am so jealous! Your garden is beautiful and the sort of thing I aspire to have. Im working on it :)

and can I just say, the shot of the inside of your church... with the way the timbers come down from the ceiling shaped that way, it looks like an upturned boat. I like it!! :D

Feel free to slip a zucchini into my mailbox (I don't have a porch...)!

Love Amanda's comment about the church...cool what other people see in your pictures! I see a zucchini and tomato and think of veggie tales!
