Yes, those are real yellow lady's slippers. Saw them out of the corner of my eye, these yellow pods suspended in the air. They are rare around here and were growing at the water's edge...only visible from the water. It was so cool.

Wow, awesome, what a nice retreat into tranquility. Love the pictures, except the one with the garbage. Why do they have to litter, and spoil nature.
